Statewide Facility Management firmly believes in the protection of the environment for future generations. We are already utilizing environmentally safe products and chemicals approved by “GECA” (Good Environmental Choice Australia) on all the sites we service, and we are constantly monitoring and improving our systems to ensure that the environmental is not adversely impacted by our work practices and the products and chemicals that we use.

When using Statewide Facility Management, clients can be assured that very strong “green “standards are being adhered to from using certified chemicals right through to utilizing sustainable cleaning methods.

Our Sustainable Cleaning Approach

1. All staff are trained in the correct use and handling of chemicals. This includes site-specific training and information.
2. We receive constant updates from the EPA and consistently monitor the industry for the latest environmental developments and initiatives.
3. The Statewide Facility Management operations team consistently monitors all the sites we service to ensure that the correct chemicals and procedures are adhered to by our staff.
4. We take pride in knowing our environmental initiatives conserve energy, reduce waste, save money and benefit our employees and the community as a whole. We continually strive to improve the environmental performance of our company and of our clients through reducing waste streams and recycling of materials.
5. We commit to an ongoing participation with on our company and with our clients to develop and implement sound and progressive environmental practices. We continually work to conserve energy in all of our operations and pursue the use of renewable energy sources.
6. We encourage employees to maintain an open dialogue within the company regarding environmental matters and actively solicit and support ideas improving our performance. We ensure specific operating policies, procedures programs and resources in place to fully implement our environmental commitment.
